Example use cases

- Log approved forms: When a form is approved in Lumiform, add a row to a Google Sheet.
- Trigger notifications: Instantly notify a Slack channel when an action is resolved.
Troubleshooting: common errors and fixes
- Zap isn’t triggering: Ensure your webhook URL is correctly pasted in Lumiform and the Zap is turned on in Zapier.
- No data or missing details: Remember, Lumiform webhooks send an event type and record ID. If you need more data, retrieve it from the Lumiform Public API using the ID.
- Duplicate Zaps firing: Double-check that you don’t have multiple Lumiform webhooks pointing to the same Zap.
