We show you how it's done. #### Sending reports automatically to external users with Lumiform ---   **To fill out forms, every user needs an account and a Lumiform license. However, if you want to send reports to external users without a Lumiform account, there are 2 options.**   ### How to send reports to external users without a Lumiform account #### 1. Automatically send reports to external users after completing inspections   - **[In the template builder](https://help.lumiformapp.com/en/knowledge/template-builder-lumiform?hsLang=en)**, you can find the option to **Send reports by email** under **2. Manually send reports after completing inspections from mobile devices   - Once you have completed and submitted a form on your mobile device, you can easily share it afterwards.
