This article shows you how to update your billing's information via the web app.
When you sign up for a Lumiform plan with a credit card, you're required to provide a billing address. This address should match that of the credit card, as your card issuer may otherwise reject payments. Updating your billing address helps you avoid any potential disruptions or mismatches on your billing statements or tax invoices.
- Log in to the Lumiform web app.
- Click on the profile icon
- Select Subscription.
- Go to Billing Details and select Update.
- Make the necessary changes and Save.
