What does this mean for me?
We just want to inform you that these policies have changed. However, you will always be able to exercise your privacy rights and manage your privacy settings in accordance with your preferences.
Do I need to make any changes?
No, you do not need to change anything. Lumiform will continue offering the same services as before the change was made effective.
When are the updated policies effective?
The new policies will become effective during the month of August 2022 and will apply to all existing customers subject to the current policies and all new customers upon their first use of Lumiform.
Do the new T&C apply to existing customers that have negotiated custom agreements?
No. The updated policies will not replace pre-existing written enterprise agreements signed by both the customer and Lumiform.
