# Login not possible

## Steps to take if you are unable to access your account.

If you need to log in to carry out an inspection and your password is correct, follow these steps to regain access.

 

**Double-check your access credentials**: Start by verifying if you are using the correct email address. Sometimes, a typo can slip in, and the same goes for the password. To do this, simply click on the eye icon located on the right side of the password field to display it.

Encountering an error message? It could indicate a problem or that your account is no longer active. In such cases, reach out to us via the chat feature at the bottom right corner. Please provide your **email address** and a **screenshot of the error message**, and we will assist you promptly.
