# Report an Issue

## We are constantly working to improve Lumiform for you every day. However, it is important to note that small issues may occasionally occur as a result of these improvements.

**At Lumiform, many talented people are dedicated to making our software better. We are constantly developing new functions, which can sometimes cause problems. You can help us fix this quickly.**

 

To ensure that Lumiform is always up to date, our dedicated team constantly develops new features. However, this can sometimes lead to disruptions. But don't worry, **we can quickly resolve any issues** with your help.

#### Here's a handy guide to provide us with the necessary information to solve any problems:

 

1\. Please describe in 1-3 sentences what is currently not working.

2\. Let us know which form is affected by sending us the URL link.

3\. It's important for us to know which user(s) you are referring to.

4\. Check if the issue occurs with one user or multiple users.

5\. Inform us about the devices where the incident occurred.

6\. For mobile devices, please provide information about the model and current operating system.

7\. It's also beneficial if you always use the latest version of Lumiform.
