Technical issues in the Lumiform App - What can be done: 

 

To ensure you can use Lumiform as usual, here are some helpful tips on what to do if you encounter technical issues in the app on your mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets:

 

It is best to go through the points one by one. If the first tip did not help, please

continue with the next suggestion until Lumiform is up and running smoothly.

 

1. Log in again

First, please log out of Lumiform and then log back in. Our system will update your user and permissions, so a re-login can help resolve any issues.

2. Updates for the Lumiform App


Next, please check if there is a new update available in your device's App Store. If there is, go ahead and install it on your device. Don't worry, your drafts will not be deleted.

3. Updates for the Operating System 


Just like the app, regular updates are also available for operating systems on mobile devices that should be performed. Check your device for system updates and if there are any available, it is recommended to start them. 


Please note: The app update process may take several hours to complete.

 

4. Restarting your Device


As simple as it may sound, a restart works wonders! Just like how a person needs a break, devices benefit from a complete restart. The reason: A restart clears the RAM memory, which can get cluttered like a full basement and needs to be organized so that applications and programs can access it and function properly.

5. Use an alternative Device


Each mobile device is unique, as their components and operating systems vary, causing installed apps to not always react the same. Therefore, it is advisable to test the Lumiform App on a different device if possible.
