How to cancel my plan.

This article shows you how to cancel your organization's paid plan via the web app.

First of all, to cancel your plan, you need to have "billing management" permissions. You can manage it by clicking on Administration-Roles. If you need more information about permits, you can consult the article on permits to clarify any doubts. 

Cancel your paid plan:

1. Log in to the Lumiform web. 
2. Select your "profile icon".
3. Click subscription and select Manage. 
4. At the bottom of the Plan Details Panel, select Cancel subscription and confirm.
