Below, you will find a summary of the various functions available in the Lumiform app:

 

Home

The home screen, where you can view templates & tasks that have been started or assigned to you.

Start with Template

In this section, you will find all forms that are assigned to you without a specific schedule.                  You can start these forms at any time without the need for a prior task to be created.

Pending

Here you will find all forms that are currently due for completion, as well as those that are overdue.

Drafts

Here you will find all forms that you have started and paused while filling them out.

Done

All forms that are completed & submitted are here. You can view the reports & make edits if needed. 

Actions

In this section, you will find all actions assigned to you or created by you. You can adjust the status of the actions or leave comments for other users.

Profile

Here, you can customize your user data, set a new password, and choose which activities related to your templates and tasks you want to receive notifications for.

Outbox

In this section, you will see recently completed forms as well as forms that are currently being sent or may be delayed due to a poor internet connection.

Report Bug

If you encounter any issues, please inform us briefly about what happened, including the mobile device and operating system you are using, as well as the version of your Lumiform App.
