In order to fill out forms, every user needs an account & a Lumiform license.
However, if you want to send reports of completed forms to external users
without a Lumiform account & a license assigned, there are 2 options available.
How to send reports to external users without a Lumiform account
1. Automatically send reports to external users upon completion of inspections.
- In the form builder, you can find the option to send reports via email under 2. Settings:
- Click on Yes, select people to be able to add an external person via their email:
- Reports will be automatically sent to the external user upon completion of the inspection.
2. Manually send reports from mobile devices after completing inspections.
- Once you have completed and submitted a form on your mobile device, you can directly share it afterwards. This can be done through the SHARE REPORT function.
- After clicking on SHARE REPORT, the sharing function of the mobile device will open up.
- Then, you have a variety of options to share the report with another person. This does not only include email services but also popular messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Instagram.
