Creating and conducting audits has never been easier - with Lumiform!
First, go to the Lumiform website and click on Log In:

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by clicking on Register on the website.
After logging in, you will find yourself on the Lumiform Home Dashboard:

Creating a Lumiform template
Once you have explored all the features, you can start creating your first form.
Alternatively, you can also choose from over 13,000 templates available in our library.
You have the option to either create a template from scratch or upload PDFs, photos, or spreadsheets to create a template, or utilize our AI tool for assistance.:
The Template Builder tool in Lumiform
The Lumiform Template Builder is the editing mode and core of Lumiform, allowing you to create, edit, plan, and assign all templates.
This tool cannot be directly accessed and is located in the background of the templates:
There are three main areas in the Template Builder:
1. Build: Here you can create your form templates..
2. Settings: This section allows you to determine how the audit should be planned and carried out.
3. Customize report: You can tailor how your final reports should look.

Everything you add to your form template can be reviewed through the preview feature.
Please note: The final design on desktop and mobile devices may differ from the preview.
Managing Templates in Lumiform
After creating your first form, you can immediately start using it for audits.
Under the Forms section in the menu, you will find a section on completed audits on the right-hand side. This area displays all reports from completed forms and audits.
Utilize the filter function to quickly and easily access your desired Lumiform reports.
Furthermore, in the Forms section, you will also find the section for Scheduled Forms.
If you have set up schedules for your templates, the respective forms will be displayed there.
Administration in Lumiform
In this section, you can perform the following actions:
- Users: Create new users, edit existing users, and delete users.
- Groups: As your company grows, managing permissions & document access at the individual user level can become quite challenging. To address this issue, you have the option to create groups to organize users into teams, such as a group for managers and f.e. for regular users.
- Roles: With roles, you can manage functions and ensure that every user can work effectively with Lumiform. Learn more about how to use roles & permissions in the article about Roles.
- Categories: They allow you to group questions and forms related to a similar topic for bundled analysis. For more insights on this topic, refer to the Categories article in Lumiform.
Entities in Lumiform
You can create entities in Lumiform to efficiently manage various objects and locations.
This feature allows you to gain insights into the productivity of your users and groups, as well as improve evaluation using our analysis tool.
