Lumiform offers numerous options on the Desktop for creating checklists and conducting inspections.

Using Lumiform on the Desktop
Lumiform on the Desktop can be utilized for the organizational aspects of inspections and audits, such as managing users, creating and managing checklists, and evaluating the results of your conducted inspections.
The operational part, which includes conducting inspections and audits, as well as completing assigned tasks, can be done on both the desktop and mobile device.
Important Note: GPS location cannot be used for inspections on the desktop.

Below, you will learn more about the individual functions of Lumiform on the Desktop:
Profile Settings
To access your profile settings, simply click on the profile icon located at the top right corner .
Here, you can view notifications, check details about your subscription and billing, and make any necessary changes. In the Profile section, you can access and update personal settings like your name, email, notification preferences, language settings, and changing password:
Dashboard
On the homepage, you can see an overview of your completed, planned, and ongoing inspections and audits. Additionally, you will have a summary of the current templates available.
Furthermore, you can easily create new templates and add users directly from this section.

Forms
Under Forms, you will find a selection of your created forms & templates listed. You can duplicate, delete, start forms and check the edit history by using the icons on the right side:
Additionally, you can create new templates here. You have the option to choose from existing templates, start a new template from scratch, upload a PDF or table, as well as using the AI Tool.
In addition to templates, you will also see scheduled and completed forms, as well as drafts of inspections that have been started and then paused.

Actions
Here, all created actions are listed. By clicking on each action, you can open and edit it. You also have the option to delete them if needed. Actions are created during or after an inspection, prompting a task that requires the attention of another user to be addressed and completed.
Administration
Under Administration, you can manage your organization. This includes overseeing users, groups, roles and categories. You can view and edit these settings in this section.
Analytics
In the Analytics section, you can analyze the results of past inspections and filter them based on various criteria to gain more precise insights into your users' performance.
In the overview, you will find a summary of average scores, overdue inspections and incidents.
Furthermore, you can view a detailed analysis of each point and download results for export.
